Shipping policy

We provide Standard Worldwide Shipping from our local warehouse.
Shipping time is 4-7 business days on average, depending on your location.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, possible delays on fulfillment will be announced on product pages and at checkout. Orders placed before 12pm (CET) are usually shipped the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link included. 

 

 

*Shipping may be delayed due to abnormal weather, emergencies at the place of shipment or delivery destination, or other force major factors, or any other circumstances beyond NOVA PROJECTUM's reasonable control.

*Delivery timeframes are based on working days only and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

*For pre-sale orders, the estimated dispatch time will be displayed on the order details page.

*Please ensure the address you provide is valid. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or other issues on the customer's part, the package cannot be redirected. If the package is destroyed as a result, the customer will bear the loss.

*Once the package arrives at its local destination, it may be delivered to a nearby pickup point, requiring the customer to collect it in person. Customers should follow the courier's instructions to receive their package. If the customer fails to collect the package in time and it is returned as a result, it cannot be resent. If the package is destroyed due to delayed collection, the customer will bear the loss at their own cost.
